Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on May 12, 2020, this Executive Session was called
to consider review of Litigation.

The Village Attorney provided an update on the involuntary annexation litigation. The Village
filed for the dismissal of Gullo's lawsuit based on technicalities, but the judge did not rule in the
Village's favor. The lawsuit proceedings will now move forward based on the merits of the case.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:57 pm.
