Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on June 16, 2020, this Executive Session was called
to consider review of Personnel.

The Village Attorney has prepared an ordinance on tonight's Board Meeting agenda which
establishes the position of Deputy Mayor. Per the ordinance, the Mayor will designate a current
Village Trustee as Deputy Mayor. Tonight, following the passage of this resolution, Mayor
Johnson indicated he would designate Nancy Czarnik as Deputy Mayor.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:09 pm.
