AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 3, CHAPTER 3, SECTION
3-3-6: CLASSIFICATION OF LICENSES OF THE VILLAGE CODE
OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE (LIQUOR)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage,
State of Illinois, as follows:
Section is That Title 3, Chapter 3, Liquor Control, Section
3-3-6: Classification of Licenses is hereby amended by adding thereto the
following:
CLASS AAA LICENSE - which shall authorize hotels which have a Class
A license to install cabinets for the storage of liquor for the use
of room guests in each room; provided, however, that each such
cabinet shall be securely locked with a separate key, which key
shall be given only to a guest 21 years or older at the time of
registration.
Section 2: That Title 3, Chapter 1, Section 3-1-6 shall be amended by
adding thereto Liquor, Class AAA, the annual fee for such license shall be
$1,000.00.
Section 3: The Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish this
ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 4: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
