AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1-4-4-1B OF THE VILLAGE CODE
PERTAINING TO ISSUANCE OF COMPLIANCE TI K .m (-r- TT K .T)
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage
Counties as follows:
Section 1: That Section 1-4-4-B of the Village Code, which
Section pertains to certain non -parking vehicular offenses and
other miscellaneous offenses ("C" Ticket) be amended by deleting
therefrom the following:
5/3-703 Improper use of registration or title
5/6-104 Classification of driver - special
restrictions
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
