AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO AT&T WIRELESS
SERVICES, INC. TO PERMIT THE PLACEMENT OF A PERSONAL
COMMUNICATIONS SERVICE (PCS) FACILITY AT ALEXIAN BROTHERS
MEDIC. CENTER, 800 RTRSTRRPTRTQ ROAD. ELK GROVE Vr ..n . .
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
at a Public Hearing duly called and held according to law, considered
the question of granting a special use permit to AT&T Wireless Services,
Inc. to permit the placement of a personal communications service
facility on the existing rooftop at Alexian Brothers Medical Center; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village, after
having considered the recommendation and finding of said Plan
Commission, find and believe that it is in the best interest of the
Village that said Special Use Permit be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a Special Use Permit to AT&T
Wireless Services, Inc. to permit the placement of a personal
communications service (PCS) facility at Alexian Brothers Medical Center
which would consist of nine (9) panel antennas mounted on the existing
rooftop and accompanying electronic equipment cabinets located within
the interior space of the building, which building is located at Boo
Biesterfield Road, Elk Grove Village and legally described as follows:
Lot 1 in Alexian Brothers Unit 1 Being a Subdivision
of Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter of Section 32 Township 41 North, Range 11
East of the Third Principal Meridian in the County of
Cook in the State of Illinois
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
