AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2456 AND ORDINANCE
NO. 2498 BY APPROVING A THIRD AMENDED SITE PLAN RELATING
TO OUT LOT #2 OF THE GULLO SHOPPING CENTER LOCATED AT
BIESTERFIELD ROAD, EAST OF WELLINGTON AVENUE, ELK GROVE
VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the Village, pursuant to Ordinance No. 2456 and
Ordinance No. 2498 have previously established conditions for
the development of Out Lot #2 in the Gullo Shopping Center and
have approved a seconded amended site plan relating thereto;
and
WHEREAS, the Village has received a request from George
Gullo requesting an amendment to said second said amended site
plan to permit the construction of a 4,400 square foot
building with three principal tenants; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees after having
reviewed the proposed request find and believe that the
granting of a third amended site plan with respect to Out Lot
#2 is in the best interest of the Village.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Ordinance 2456, and 2498 as they pertain
to approved site plans for the Gullo Shopping Center be and
the same is hereby amended by approving herein a third amended
site plan dated December 9 , 1998, three copies of said
third amended site plan being on file in the office of the
Village Clerk.
Section 2: Except as modified by the third amended site
plan, all other restrictions and conditions on said Out Lot #2
are and shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage according to law.
