AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 6-6-3-6 MASSAGE PARLORS OF
THE VILLAGE CODE
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees adopted
Ordinance No. 2662 as amended by Ordinance 2671, which
Ordinances established Rules and Regulations for Massage Parlors
in the Village of Elk Grove; and
WHEREAS, Section 6-6-3-6 of the Village Code contains
conditions relating to Massage Parlors which are inconsistent
with the aforementioned Ordinances and thus it is necessary to
repeal said Section.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-6-3-6 Massage Parlors of the
Village Code is hereby repealed.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
