AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO CONCENTRA
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION TO PERMIT AN OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH-
CARE FACILITY (MEDICAL CLINIC) IN AN I-1 INDUSTRIAL ZONED DISTRICT
ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1830 JARVIS AVENUE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village, acting as a
Zoning Commission, conducted a public hearing duly called and held according to law to
consider the question of granting a Special Use Permit to Concentra Development Corporation to
permit an occupational healthcare facility in an I-1 zoned district for property located at 1830
Jarvis Avenue, Elk Grove Village and legally described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village
after having reviewed the recommendation and finding of said Plan Commission find and believe
it to be in the best interest of the Village that said Special Use Permit be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That a Special Use Permit be granted to Concentra Development Corporation
to permit an occupational healthcare facility (medical clinic) in an I-1 zoned district on property
located at 1830 Jarvis Avenue, Elk Grove Village and legally described as follows:
Lot 1 in R B C Tech Center Subdivision, being a Subdivision in the Northwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 41 North, Range 11,
East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval according to law.
