AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL SITE PLAN FOR THE THEATER FOR
THE ELK GROVE TOWN CENTER SHOPPING CENTER
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2542 of the Village approves various Developmental Plans
for the Elk Grove Town Center Shopping Center, which Ordinance does not include Develop-
mental Plans for the remodeling and addition to the theater facility in the shopping center; and
WHEREAS, the theater owner and the prospective owners of the shopping center have
submitted Plans for consideration by the President and Board of Trustees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That the Developmental Site Plan for the remodeling and addition to the Elk
Grove Cinema facility in the Elk Grove Town Center, which Redevelopmental Site Plans were
prepared by K. Peterson and Associates dated April 2. , 1997 be and the
same are hereby approved.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval according to law.
