AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 2, CHAPTER 5, ZONING BOARD OF APPEAIS,
AND CHAPTER 11, INDUSTRIAL/OaNS ERCIAL REVITALIZATION COMMISSION OF
THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE BY INCREASING
THE NUMBER OF MEMBERS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, State of Illinois as follows:
Section 1. That Section 2-5-1, Board Created, Membership,
Appointment, Term of the Village Code of the Village of Elk Grove
Village be, and the same, is hereby amended by increasing the number of
members stated from 7 members to 9 members. The remainder of said
Section 2-5-1 shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 2. That Section 2-11-2, Membership, Appointment, Term
of the Village Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village be, and same,
is hereby amended by increasing he number of members stated from 9
members to 13 members. The remainder of said section 2-11-2 shall
remain in full force and effect.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
VOTES: AYES: 6 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 0
PASSED this 13th day of May 1997.
