AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, SECTION 6-4-5-3 A.
PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED AREAS AND SECTION 6-4-5-5,
RESTRICTED HOURS (Gloucester Drive)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-4-5-3 A., Prohibited and Restricted Areas
of the Village Code be and the same is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom:
Gloucester Drive, north side, from Beisner Road to
Leicester Avenue.
Section 2: That Section 6-4-5-5., Restricted Hours of the Village
Code be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
Gloucester Drive:
No parking on the south side of Gloucester Drive between
Beisner Road and Leicester Road, Monday through
Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish
this Ordinance in Pamphlet Form.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
