HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 2567 - 6/10/1997 - ZONING VARIATION/872 CASS LNORDINANCE NO. 2567 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 3-6:D.2 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO ACCESSORY STRUCTURES IN REQUIRED FRONT YARDS TO PERMIT THE INSTALLATION OF AN ABOVE -GROUND POOL APPROXIMATELY THIRTY (30') FEET FROM THE FRONT LOT LINE ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 872 CASS LANE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE (KOSKA) WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk Grove Village at a pub- lic hearing duly called and held according to law considered the question of granting a variation of the Zoning Ordinance pertaining to accessory structures within sixty (60') feet of a front lot line for property located at 872 Cass Lane, Elk Grove Village and legally described hereinafter; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, find and believe that sufficient hardship exists so as to warrant the granting of said variation. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section 3-6:13.2 of the Zoning Ordinance to permit the installation of an above -ground pool approximately thirty (30') feet from the front lot line on property located at 872 Cass Lane and legally described as follows: Lot 45 (Except that part thereof lying South of the Easterly extension of the North line of Lot 40) and that part of Lot 46 lying North of the Easterly extension of the North line of Lot 40, all in Parkview Heights Subdivision being a Subdivision of part of the Northeast 114 of Section 36, Township 41 North, Range 10, East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the Plat thereof recorded April 12, 1978 as Document 24399728 and certificate of correction recorded January 2, 1979 as Document 24784941, and recorded May 7, 1979 as Document 24949007, in Cook County, Illinois Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
