AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 6, CHAPTER 4, SECTION
6-4-6: B, VEHICLES IN EXCESS OF TWELVE TONS OF THE VILLAGE
CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE (OAKTON STREET)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1: That Section 6-4-6 B: Vehicles in Excess of Twelve Tons
of the Village Code, be, and the same, is hereby amended by deleting the
following:
Oakton Street, between Arlington Heights Road and
Stanley Street..
The remainder of said Section 6-4-6B: shall remain in full force and
effect.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish
this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
VOTE: AYES: 5 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 1
