SHELLEY RDORDINANCE NO. 2572 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 3-6:11 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE AS IT PERTAINS TO FRONT YARD REGULATIONS TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SHED ON AN EXISTING CONCRETE SLAB WHICH WOULD ENCROACH APPROXIMATELY TWENTY (20') FEET INTO THE REQUIRED TWENTY-FIVE (25') FOOT FRONT YARD ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 35 EAST SHELLEY ROAD, ELK GROVE VILLAGE (TOTH) WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals at a a public hearing duly called and held ac- cording to law considered the question of granting a variation of Section 3-6:13 of the Zoning Or- dinance to permit the construction of a shed on an existing concrete slab which would encroach twenty (20') feet into the required twenty-five (25') foot front yard on property located at 35 East Shelley Road and legally described hereinafter; and WHEREAS, the President and the Board of Trustees of the Village, after reviewing the recommendation and finding of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe that sufficient hardship exists so as to warrant the granting of said variation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section 3-6:13 of the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to front yard regulations to permit the construction of a shed on an existing concrete slab which encroaches approximately twenty (20') feet into the required twenty-five (25') foot front yard on property located at 35 East Shelley Road and legally described as follows: Lot 3122 in Elk Grove Grove Village Section No. 10, being a Subdivision of Sections 28, 29, 32 and 33, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and -effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
