AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF
ELK GROVE VILLAGE, TITLE, 6, PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED AREAS,
SECTION 6-4-5-3 A. NO PARKING STREETS AND AREAS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-4-5-3 A. Prohibited and Restricted
Areas: No Parking Streets and Areas of the Village Code be
and the same is hereby amended by adding therefrom:
Michigan Lane
east side, from 721 Michigan Lane to Biesterfield Road.
Newberry Drive
east side, from 415 to 509 Newberry Drive.
Idaho Place
on the south side of the street between Texas Street and
Utah Street.
Texas Street
north side between Idaho Place and Utah Street
Utah Street
east side between Idaho Place and Texas Street.
Section 2 That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish
this Ordinance in Pamphlet Form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
