AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 6, CHAPTER 4
TRAFFIC SCHEDULES, SECTION 6-4-6 LIMITED LOAD
STREETS OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF
ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-4-6 Limited Load Streets of Title 6,
Chapter 4 be amended to read as follows:
Any person violating subsections A or B of this
Section shall be subject to a fine of not less than
seventy-five dollars ($75.00) nor more than
five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense.
The remainder of said Section 6-4-6 shall remain in full force and
effect.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication according
to law.
