AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 11, INDUSTRIAL/COMMERCIAL
REVITALIZATION COMMISSION OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE BY INCREASING THE NUMBER OF
TRUSTEE MEMBERS TO TWO
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, State of Illinois as follows:
Section 1. That Section 2-11-2, Membership, Appointment, Term of
the Village Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village be, and same, is
hereby amended to read as follows:
2-11-2: MEMBERSHIP; APPOINTMENT; TERM: The Industrial/Commercial
Revitalization Commission shall consist of thirteen (13)
members, two of which shall be Village Trustees and each
of whom shall be appointed by the Village President with
the consent of the Board of Trustees for a term of four
(4) years or such lessor period of time in order that
all appointments terminate on April 30, 2001, and every
four (4) years thereafter.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
