AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3-4G-1 OF THE VILLAGE CODE
BY REVISING DEFINITION OF HEALTH CLUB
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, State of Illinois as follows:
Section 1. That Section 3-4G-1: Definitions, Health Club: of the
Village Code be amended to read as follows:
Health Club: A place or facility offering instruction,
training or assistance in physical culture, body building,
exercising, reducing, figure development, dancing or any
similar physical skill or having equipment available for
such purposes which facility charges a membership or use
fee to its patrons.
Section 2. That the remainder of said Section 3-4G-1 shall remain
in full force and effect.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
