AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF
ELK GROVE VILLAGE, SECTION 6-4-5-2-A. RESIDENTIAL AREAS;
AND DELETING SECTION 6-4-5-2-B.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-4-5-2-A. Residential Areas of the
Village Code be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
A. It shall be unlawful for any person to park any
automobile or other vehicle between the hours of
8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday on days
when school is in session, on streets and parts of
streets named herein:
Charing Cross Road, both sides, between Elk
Grove Boulevard and the intersection of
Edgeware Road at 400 Charing cross Road.
Middlebury Lane, both sides, between Tower Lane
and Victoria Lane.
Tower Lane, both sides, northeast of its intersection
with Elk Grove Boulevard, to a point including its
intersection with Oak Street at 280 Tower Lane.
Sussex Court, both sides, between Tower Lane and
Middlebury Lane.
Grosvener Lane, both sides, between Tower Lane and
Victoria Lane.
Grosvener Court, its entire length.
Laurel Street, both sides, east from Charing Cross
Road to a point of its intersection with Oak Street
at 261 Laurel Street.
Section 2: That Section 6-4-5-2-B, is hereby deleted in its
entirety, and Section 6-4-5-2-C shall be relettered accordingly.
Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to
publish this Ordinance in Pamphlet Form.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according
to law.
