AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO PCS PRIMECO
PERSONAL COMMUNICATIONS INC. TO PERMIT THE INSTALLATION
OF NINE (9) WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATIONS PANEL ANTENNAS ON
TOP OF AN EXISTING STRUCTURE AT 25 NORTHWEST POINT BOULEVARD
ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove
Village at a public hearing duly called and held according to
law, considered the question of granting a Special Use Permit in
accordance with Section 3-4: B of the Zoning Ordinance of the
Village to PCS PrimeCo Personal Communications Inc., to permit
the installation of nine (9) wireless telecommunication panel
antennas on top of an existing structure located at 25 Northwest
Point Boulevard, Elk Grove Village and legally described
hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village,
after having considered the findings and recommendation of said
Plan Commission, find and believe it to be in the best interest
of the Village that the Special Use Permit, as requested, be
issued.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook
and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a Special Use Permit to
PCS PrimeCo Personal Communications Inc. to permit the
installation of nine (9) wireless telecommunications panel
antennas on top of the existing Hewlett Packard building located
at 25 Northwest Point Boulevard and legally described as follows:
Lot 7 in the Park at the Northwest Point, being a
subdivision of parts of Section 15, 16, 21, and 22, all in
Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal
Meridian, in accordance with the plat of subdivision thereof
recorded August 5, 1987 as document No. 87433382 in Cook
County, Illinois (except that part taken for widening and
resurfacing of FAU Route 2626 (Arlington Heights Road) as
disclosed in case No. 93L51302).
The Special Use Permit is subject to the condition that a final
site plan depicting the location of the antennas be submitted to
and approved by the Village.
Section 2: That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
