AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, SECTION 6-4-5-1C.
PARKING RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITIONS: INDUSTRIAL
AREAS (ARTHUR AVENUE)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-4-5-1C. Industrial Areas of the Village
Code be and the same are hereby amended by adding thereto:
No parking on the north side of Arthur between 318
feet and 348 feet east of Busse and again between
784 feet and 814 feet east of Busse.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish
this Ordinance in Pamphlet Form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
