AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8-13-1F PERTAINING TO
REDEVELOPMENT PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR BLIGHTED AREAS
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Section 8-13-1F Redevelopment Public Hearing be
amended with respect to the notice provisions contained therein by
substituting therein 15 days for the 21 days for notice to be published for
the Redevelopment Public Hearing.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
VOTE: AYES: 6 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 0
PASSED this 14th day of January , 1997.
