AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY FROM THE B-2, GENERAL BUSINESS
DISTRICT TO THE B-3, AUTOMOTIVE ORIENTED BUSINESS DISTRICT
(NERGE/DEVON)
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village at a public hear-
ing duly called and held according to law considered the question of rezoning certain property on
Devon Avenue East of Nerge from the B-2 General Business District to the B-3 Automotive
Oriented Business District; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village
after having considered the finding and recommendation of said Plan Commission find and be-
lieve that said property should be rezoned as requested.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That the property located on Devon Avenue East of Nerge be rezoned from
the B-2 General Business District to the B-3 Automotive Oriented Business District, which pro-
perty is legally described as follows:
Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Exel/Wendy's Resubdivision of Lot 9 in Rohlwing Grove Unit
4, being a Subdivision of part of the South hald of Section 31, Township 41
North, Range 11 East of theThird Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois
Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8 in Rohlwing Grove Unit 4, being a Subdivision of part of the
South half of Section 31, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Prin-
cipal Meridian, according to the plat thereof filed in Torrens February 23, 1978 as
Document Number LR 3 00093 1, in Cook County, Illinois
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to amend the Zoning Map of the
Village to reflect the rezoning as granted herein.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval according to law.
