HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 2537 - 2/25/1997 - CONDITIONAL USES/DEVON W OF I-290ORDINANCE NO. 2537 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7 -B -3 -2 -C -2a OF THE ELK GROVE VILLAGE ZONING ORDINANCE TO PERMIT B-3 CONDITIONAL USES ON DEVON AVENUE WEST OF I-290 IN ELK GROVE VILLAGE WHEREAS, the Plan Commission at a public hearing duly called and held considered the question of amending the Zoning Ordinance of the Village to permit a B-3 Conditional Use on Devon Avenue West of I-290; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village after having considered the recommendation and finding of said Plan Commission find and believe that it is in the best interest of the Village to amend the Zoning Ordinance as requested. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That Section 7-B-3-2-C2a of the Zoning Ordinance be amended by adding the following arterial street on which a B-3 Conditional Use may be located: "Devon Avenue West of I-290" Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
