Home My WebLink AboutORDINANCE - 2401 - 1/10/1995 - PROHIBITED & RESTRICTED AREASORDINANCE NO. ?4n1 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, SECTION 6-4-5-3-A PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED AREAS (ELK GROVE BOULEVARD) AND ADDING 6-4-5-4 RESTRICTED HOURS (LEICESTER ROAD) NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows: Section 1: That Section 6-4-5-3-A, Prohibited and Restricted Areas of the Village Code be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Elk Grove Boulevard Both sides, between Tonne Road and Estes and Touhy Avenue. North side, from Tower Lane to Victoria. Parking is prohibited on Monday through Friday from six o'clock (6:00) a.m. to six o'clock (6:00) p.m. excepting Federal Holidays. North side, from Victoria East to Love Street; said restrictions to be from six o'clock (6:00) a.m. to six o'clock (6:00) p.m. Monday through Friday, excepting Federal Holidays. South side, from Victoria east to Tonne Road; said restrictions to be from six o'clock (6:00) a.m. to six o'clock (6:00) p.m. Monday through Friday, excepting Federal Holidays. Section 2: That Title 6, Chapter 4, Section 5, Parking Restrictions and Prohibitions of the Village Code be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto a new section which shall read as follows: 6-4-5-4: Restricted Hours Leicester Road - Parking of automobiles and other vehicles is limited to two (2) hours on west side Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. from one hundred feet (100') north of Biesterfield Road to Gloucester Drive. Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish this Ordinance in Pamphlet Form. Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
