AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, SECTION 6-4-5-1A
AND 6-4-5-16, PARKING RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITIONS:
INDUSTRIAL AREAS (BONAVENTURE DRIVE)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That Sections 6-4-5-1A and 6-4-5-1B Industrial Areas of
the Village Code be and the same are hereby amended by adding thereto:
Bonaventure Drive.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish
this Ordinance in Pamphlet Form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
VOTE: AYE: 5 NAY: 0 ABSENT: 1
