PRATTORDINANCE NO. 2406 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 3.43, REGULATION OF PRINCIPAL BUILDINGS, OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE TO PERMIT SIX (6) TEMPORARY STRUCTURES ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2300 EAST PRATT, ELK GROVE VILLAGE (PRE FINISH METALS INC.) WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held according to law considered the question of granting a variation of Section 3.43 of the Zoning Ordinance pertaining to the regulation of prin- cipal buildings to permit six (6) temporary structures (mobile office trailers) on property located at 2300 East Pratt, Elk Grove Village; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village after having considered the recommendation and finding of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe that sufficient hardship exists so as to grant the variation as requested. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section 3.43 of the Zoning Ordinance pertaining to the regulation of principal buildings to permit six (6) temporary mobile office trailers on property located at 2300 East Pratt, Elk Grove Village and legally described as follows: The East 726.0 feet of the West 1431.80 feet of Lot 12 in Centex Industrial Park Unit 2, being a Subdi- vision in Section 35, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois. Also The East 125.0 feet of the West 705.80 feet of Lot 12 in Centex Industrial Park Unit 2, being a Subdivision in Section 35, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois Section 2: That this variation shall terminate twenty-four (24) months from the effective passage date of this Ordinance un- less otherwise extended by the President and Board of Trustees pursuant to an amendment of this Ordinance. Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. PASSED this 14th day of February 1995.
