AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF
ELK GROVE VILLAGE, SECTION 6-4-5-2 RESIDENTIAL AREAS, BY
ADDING 6-4-5-2 C. (WESTVIEW DRIVE); AND 6-4-5-3 PROHIBITED
AND RESTRICTED AREAS, BY DELETING WESTVIEW DRIVE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-4-5-2, Residential Areas of the Village
Code be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
C. It shall be unlawful for any person to park any
automobile or other vehicle on the east side of
Westview between Clearmont and the property line
for the residence at 1051 Westview, except for a
maximum of fifteen (15) minutes on school days,
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., for
the purpose of dropping off or picking up school
children.
Section 2: That Section 6-4-5-3, Prohibited and Restricted Areas of
the Village Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village be amended by deleting
thereto the following:
Westview Drive
East side of Clearmont to the South side property
line for the residence at 1051 Westview.
Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish
this Ordinance in Pamphlet Form.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
