AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6-4-5-1-D OF THE VILLAGE CODE WITH
RESPECT TO THE MINIMUM FINE AMOUNT
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove
Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section l: That Section 6-4-5-1-D of the Village Code be amended to read as follows:
D. Prohibited Semi -Tractor or Semi -Trailer Parking:
It shall be unlawful for any person to stop, stand, park or leave standing any semi -tractor
or semi -trailer on any public street between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Any
person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this section shall be subject to a
fine of not less than $250.00 for each offense.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication according to law.
