Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on September 81 2020, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Personnel.

The Board was advised that the Fire Department currently has 2 employees in quarantine due to
family members who have tested positive for COVID-19, and 1 employee in quarantine due to
exposure to COVID-19 from outside of work.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:45 pm.
