of the Village President and Board of Trustees on September 8, 2020, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Land Acquisition.

The Board was advised that the next status hearing for the condemnation of the outlot adjacent to
the former Elk Grove Motel site is scheduled to take place on December 8. The Village Attorney
advised that the Village's last offer was $1.3 million based upon appraisal, and that the owner
was seeking $3 million.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:49 pm.
