called to consider review of Land Acquisition.

The owner of the Days Inn is currently out of town, but has indicated that he plans to reach out to
the Village directly to try to get a better deal than was being offered through Bhavik Dani. The
owner of the Days Inn does not know that the offer through Bhavik Dani is backed by the
Village.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:02 pm.
