Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on September 22, 2020, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Land Acquisition.

The Village has been asking IDOT for a jurisdictional transfer of Midway Court, and IDOT has
now agreed to transfer jurisdiction. The Village is negotiating to get some funding from IDOT
to repair the road, which is in bad shape. It was the consensus of the Village Board to pursue the
jurisdictional transfer of Midway Court from IDOT to the Village.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:16 pm.
