Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on October 27, 2020, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Personnel.

The Public Works Union has agreed to a 5-year contract extension with the following raises:
2.5% in year one; 2.25% in year two; 2.5% in year three; 2.25% in year four; 2.5% in year five.
Additionally, they have agreed to a $25 increase in longevity in years 1, 3 and 5.
The consensus of the Village Board was to move forward with this contract extension. Mayor
Johnson will be meeting with representatives of the Public Works Union to confirm this deal
prior to the official signing.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:13 pm.
