of the Village President and Board of Trustees on October 27, 2020, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Land Acquisition.

The Village has reached on the agreement for the purchase of the office building at 1550
E. Higgins for the price of $2.8 million. The closing will take place by the end of the year.
There are still tenants in the building that the Village will need to close out.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:18 pm.
