Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on October 27, 2020, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Land Acquisition.

Bhavik Dani, the developer for the proposed hotel at the Technology Park, has until Friday to
sign a revised redevelopment agreement. If he is not able to sign, the Village will proceed to
acquire the property from Dani, as stipulated in the existing redevelopment agreement. The
Board concurred with the acquisition if necessary.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:25 pm.
