of the Village President and Board of Trustees on November 17, 2020, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Land Acquisition/Disposition.

Bhavik Dani was not able to move forward with the planned hotel development in the
Technology Park, but he has connected the Village with a new developer who has indicated that
he has the necessary resources to move forward. The Village is working on a new
redevelopment agreement with this developer to provide for substantially the same hotel
developed as was planned with Dani.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:27 pm.
