Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on November 17, 2020, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Personnel.

The current Public Works cross -seasonal employee can be promoted to fill the vacant PW
Maintenance Worker position. The cross -seasonal position has been working out very well, and
has allowed the Public Works Department to remain fully staffed following retirements. The
Director of Public Works has requested a temporary increase of one maintenance worker
position for this plan. The cross -seasonal position will go unfilled for a couple of months. The
consensus of the Board was to authorize the temporary increase.
