of the Village President and Board of Trustees on December 8, 2020, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Land Acquisition.

The next hearing for the condemnation of the out lot at the Northwest corner of Busse and
Oakton will be on February 8, 2021. The Village has a motion pending in January to prevent the
challenge of the inclusion of the property into a TIF District. The Village has hired a relocation
specialist, as required, to assist with the relocation of the two current tenants.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:35 pm.
