AN ORDINANCE RESCINDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 842 OF THE VILLAGE
OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE ADOPTED ON DECEMBER 19, 1972 AND ADOPTING
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE (19951
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 20 of the Village of Elk Grove
Village as adopted by the President and Board of Trustees on July 8,
1957 and Zoning Ordinance No. 842, a comprehensive amendment to
Ordinance No. 20, adopted on December 19,1972 are hereby rescinded.
Section 2. That the President and Board of Trustees hereby
adopt the 1995 Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
copies of which are available in the office of the Village Clerk.
Section 3. That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish
this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval and publication
according to law.
