AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 2, CHAPTER 2, BOARD OF HEALTH,
OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE BY
INCREASING THE NUMBER OF MEMBERS TO TWELVE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, State of Illinois as follows:
Section 1. That Section 2-2-1, Board Created, Membership,
Appointments, of the Village Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village
be, and the same, is hereby amended by increasing the number of members
stated from 11 members to 12 members. The remainder of said Section
2-2-1 shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
