AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 7A-1:B.3.b
OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO PERMIT A SOLID FENCE TO BE
LOCATED ON A PORTION OF THE SIDE LOT LINE OF PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 832 DEBRA LANE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE (HIREMATH)
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals at a public meeting duly
called and held according to law considered the question of grant-
ing a variation of the Zoning Ordinance to permit a solid fence
on the side lot line of property located at 832 Debra Lane and
legally described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the Judiciary Planning and Zoning Committee of the
Village reviewed the findings of the Zoning Board of Appeals as
well as a revised Site Plan for said fence, which revisions met
the concerns expressed by said Zoning Board of Appeals; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees after having
considered the recommendation and findings of the Zoning Board
of Appeals and the Judiciary Planning and Zoning Committee find
and believe that sufficient hardship exists to as to grant the
variation as set forth in the revised Site Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section 7A-
1:B.3.b. to permit the existence of a solid fence on that portion
of the side lot line starting at the Northwest corner of the house
and extending West to their West property line along the North pro-
perty line, for property located at 832 Debra Lane and legally des-
cribed as follows:
Lot 89 in Parkview Heights Subdivision being a Sub-
division in the Northeast Quarter of Section 36,
Township 41 North, Range 10, East of the Third Prin-
cipal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
