AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 8 -8A -3:A.1 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE TO PERMIT A DECORATIVE PAVING BRICK
DRIVEWAY ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 624 CHELMSFORD LANE,
ELK GROVE VILLAGE (HARROD)
BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage,
Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section 8-
8A -3:A.1 of the Municipal Code to permit a decorative paving brick
driveway to replace an existing driveway on property located at
624 Chelmsford Lane, Elk Grove Village subject to the condition
that the homeowner remove the existing decorative bricks and have
same reinstalled according to Village Code.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
