AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 8 -8A -3:A.1.
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE TO PERMIT A WIDENING OF AN EXISTING
DRIVEWAY WITH BRICK PAVERS PROVIDED THE ENTIRE DRIVEWAY
IS REPLACED WITH SUCH PAVERS BY OCTOBER 1, 1996 ON
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 88 KENDAL ROAD. ELK GROVE VILLAGE (CERDA
BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage,
Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section 8-
8A -3:A.1. of the Municipal Code as it pertains to driveway construc-
tion material in residential areas, to permit the widening of an
existing driveway with brick pavers subject to the following con-
ditions:
A. The rest of the driveway must also be replaced with
brick pavers by October 1, 1996 or the brick paver
driveway widening herein granted must be removed.
B. That the brick pavers currently located on the drive-
way be removed and reinstalled in accordance with
manufacturer's specifications and Village Code with-
in sixty (60) days from the date of this Ordinance.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
