AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO INSTALL A
TEN AND ONE-HALF (10k') FOOT ANTENNA ON THE VILLAGE'S
WATER TOWER LOCATED NORTH OF BIESTERFIELD ROAD AT I-290
WHEREAS, Northwest Central Dispatch System and the Elk Grove
Village Police Department have advised the Board of the need to
install a two-way radio antenna on the Village's water tower lo-
cated North of Biesterfield Road at I-290 and legally described
hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, due to the fact that this antenna will assist in
providing emergency services to the Village, it is deemed proper
to have the Village Board grant the Special Use Permit absent pub-
lic hearings, hereby waiving the requirement for a public hearing
for the issuance of this Special Use Permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook
and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be issued a Special Use Permit to North-
west Central Dispatch System and the Village of Elk Grove Village
to construct a ten and one-half (10k') foot antenna on the Village's
water tower located North of Biesterfield Road at I-290 and legally
described as follows:
Outlot F in Huntington Chase Phase Two, being a Sub-
division of a part of Section 31, Township 41 North,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, ac-
cording to the Plat thereof recorded on June 5, 1995,
as Document 95363870.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
