HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 2450 - 9/26/1995 - ZONING VARIATION,1803 ORIOLE DRORDINANCE NO. 2450 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTIONS 3-6:B AND 3-6:D AND THE BULK REGULATIONS OF SECTION 7-1 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF A ROOM ADDITION WHICH WOULD ENCROACH APPROXIMATELY 2.5 FEET INTO A REQUIRED FRONT YARD FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1803 ORIOLE DRIVE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE (FANK) WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk Grove Village considered the request for a variation from the Zon- ing Ordinance of the Village to permit a room addition which would encroach approximately 2.5 feet into the required front yard along Galleon Lane for property located at 1803 Oriole Drive and legally described hereinafter; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees after having considered the recommendation and finding of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe that sufficient hardship exists so as to justify the granting of said variation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DUPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Sections 3-6:B, 3-6:D and the bulk regulations of Section 7-1 of the Zon- ing Ordinance pertaining to the principal structures in any front yard area to permit the construction of a room addition which would encroach approximately 2.5 feet into the required front yard along Galleon Lane for property located at 1803 Oriole Drive and legally described as follows: Lot 334 in Stape's Subdivision, being a Subdivision of part of the Northeast ; of Section 35, Township 41 North, Range 10, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois. Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after to its passage and approval according to law. PASSED this 26th day of September 1995. APPROVED this 26th day of September 1995.
