AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 2432 APPROVING A SECOND
AMENDED SITE PLAN FOR THE GULLO SHOPPING CENTER LOCATED
AT BIESTERFIELD ROAD EAST OF WELLINGTON AVENUE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Elk Grove Village previously approved and passed Ordinance 1780 and
Ordinance 2432 pertaining to the development of a retail shopping
center on Biesterfield Road East of Wellington Avenue, which Ordi-
nances approved a Site Plan and an Amended Site Plan respectively;
and
WHEREAS, since the adoption of Ordinance 2432 certain changes
have occurred with respect to prospective tenants, and the need,
or lack thereof, for required parking spaces in a retail shopping
area; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Vil-
lage to further amend the Site Plan subject to certain conditions
agreed upon by the developer and Village.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Ordinance 2432 be and the same is hereby
amended by approving herein a second Amended Site Plan for the de-
velopment of the subject property, three (3) copies of said Amended
Site Plan being on file in the office of the Village Clerk.
Section 2: That the approval of the second Amended Site Plan
herein referenced is subject to the following conditions:
A. Any reference to the Taco Bell restaurant previously
stated with respect to Outlot No. 1 is hereby stricken
but that certain restrictions with respect to the
development of Outlot 1 contained in Ordinance 1780
or Ordinance 2432 and as set forth in the second
Amended Site Plan be in full force and effect.
B. Outlot 2 shall be depicted as a vacant use on the
property subject to further approval by the Presi-
dent and Board of Trustees, and subject to any re-
strictions previously set forth in Ordinance 1780
and Ordinance 2432.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
