AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 3, CHAPTER 3, SECTION 3-3-7,
NUMBER OF LICENSES OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF
ELK GROVE VILLAGE BY DECREASING THE NUMBER OF CLASS "A"
AND CLASS "B" AND INCREASING THE NUMBER OF CLASS "D" AND
CLASS "E" LIQUOR LICENSES

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage,
Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Chapter 3, Section 3-3-7, Number of Licenses of
the Village Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village, as it pertains to
Class "A.", Class "B" and Class "D" Liquor Licenses be amended as follows:
Class "A" Liquor Licenses be decreased
from thirty (30) to twenty-eight (28); and
Class "B" Liquor Licenses be decreased from
eleven (11) to ten (10).
Class "D" Liquor Licenses be increased
from eight (8) to nine (9).
Class "E" be increased from one (1) to
two (2).
Section 2: The Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish this
Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
