AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 3, CHAPTER 5, ARTICLE A.
FOOD SERVICE AND RETAIL FOOD STORE SANITATION CODES OF
THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
Du Page, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Title 3, Chapter 5, Section 3 -5A -1:c and
3-5A-IB:c of the Village Code, be amended to read as follows:
3-5A-1; CODES ADOPTED; AMENDMENTS:
A.c) All food establishment employees shall be
free of TB (Tuberculosis) and must show proof
every two years that they have been checked for
this disease.
B.c) All Retail Food Store Employees shall be free of
TB (Tuberculosis) and must show proof every two
years that they have been checked for this disease.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to
publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according
to law.
