AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 3, CHAPTER 3, SECTION 3-3-7,
NUMBER OF LICENSES OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF
ELK GROVE VILLAGE BY INCREASING THE NUMBER OF CLASS "D"
LIQUOR LICENSES (BUSTERS BILLIARDS & SPORTS BAR, INC.)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage,
Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Chapter 3, Section 3-3-7, Number of Licenses of
the Village Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village, as it pertains to
Class "D" Liquor Licenses be amended as follows:
Class "D" Liquor Licenses be increased
from eight (8) to nine (9).
Section 2: The Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish this
Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
